I've used this cable in the past, and ordered another 3000 ft. for a new set of network ports in our company's machine shop. The outer jacket is low-friction, making it easy to pull, and I've never had a problem with the strength. Of course, proper care should be taken to ensure you don't put too much stress on the cable. Punch-down is easy with the right tools, and it performs well once installed. The self-feeding dispenser box is a boon when running the cable. So although I was only running three new lines of about 200 feet, I got three 1000 ft. boxes so we could pull all the lines from point to point. The time savings is well worth the additional cost.
