Way it dissolves in the mouthThe product title says "hard filled Italian candy."Maybe I'm misreading but to me, that means it has a liquid/softer center.These aren't filled. They are hard candies.Best candy ever!THIS CANDY IS MY ONE ADDICTION. I DON'T EVEN TRY TO STOP EATING IT!!! THIS THE BEST TASTING CANDY IN THE WORLD AND I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING COLD TURKEY. I AM LITERALLY HOOKED ON THIS CANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!They were old. They had that dried up sticky coating. It was hard to get the layer of wax paper all the way off. After that funky coating dissolved away they had a really nice bold natural fruit flavor. I will but them again though in hopes of getting fresher ones next time.Loved themHas a medicine after taste.We moved several states away from our favorite pizza joint and this gives us a tiny piece of that memory .
