Packed in a heavy duty plastic bag on ice packs in a seriously good isulation layer inside the box, these bulk packed chocolate chips arrived in pristine condition where other chocolate chips I've ordered for my baking have arrived with some melted chips in the 12 oz bags. The organic, gluten free, Non GMO and UTZ Certification features were also an important selling point for me. These 85% cacao chips are delicious and are perfect for mixing in a container with a variety of raw and oven roasted nuts which is a favorite snack in my family. The container goes empy quickly with good quality chocolate chips that are actually healthy for you mixed in with the healthy nuts. I will buy it again.
